How to order

Notice

Before placing an order, please send an email to lune@lalunestyle.com to check stock availability.
Specify the accurate size you want to order. All our products come in standard sizes (XS/S/M/L) and custom sizes are not available
(extra cost incurred per piece for size XL or larger). Please refer to the measurements to ensure the accurate size.
Contact our customer service center in case of discrepancy between the name on your order template and the
remitter name or between the amount to pay and the amount you sent.
Dry cleaning is recommended for all our products.
Specific wash guides are given for certain products.
The color may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor specifications.
In case your ordered item is not available in our inventory, 4-6 weeks are required for manufacture.

International Shipping Process

Choose 'International Shipment' when you place an order.
Select your country and write down order details in English at Shipping Information.
The shipping rate varies by weight and is charged along with the purchase price.

About Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not offered for made-to-order items at Lune International except for defective products.
Returns and exchanges are not offered for discounted/used items, items with any hint of fragrance, ironed/washed clothing, and items damaged by the negligence of the customer.
Order cancellation is not accepted once the production is undertaken after the final consultation. (Please carefully examine your order before making payment.)
Make an inquiry for any change of order details and shipping information via email after payment.
If your item is defective, you should contact our customer service center via email (lune@lalunestyle.com) within 2 days of receiving your order and send the item to our customer service center within 2 weeks. Exchange is offered only one time. The item should be returned in the same condition you received.
(We will cover shipping costs incurred for returns of defective and damaged items.)
Returns for different sizes are considered 'change of mind'. Please ensure you order accurate sizes when placing your order.
Due to the production process, uneven seam finishes, loose buttons, and small stains due to the cutting process can be detected. This is not considered a defect.
Dark colors are prone to transfer due to the nature of fabric.
Shipping cost incurred for a return is charged to the customer.

Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and customs fees according to the regulations of Korea Customs Service.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
The actual amount of import taxes can vary by the shipping address and purchased item.
Consult with the EMS customer service center (+82-1588-1300) or your local post office.
Once an item rejected by the recipient returns to us, it cannot be resent.
All related fees incurred in the return process (round-trip shipping fees, customs fees, duties) are deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Shipping Period: Your order is dispatched after inspection when it's in stock. It takes 3-5 days on average to deliver an order. (Due to customs clearance, it may take 1-2 weeks for certain countries.
Please note products in demand and need for sophisticated production can take longer to be delivered.)
