International shipments may be subject to import duties and customs fees according to the regulations of Korea Customs Service.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
The actual amount of import taxes can vary by the shipping address and purchased item.
Consult with the EMS customer service center (+82-1588-1300) or your local post office.
Once an item rejected by the recipient returns to us, it cannot be resent.
All related fees incurred in the return process (round-trip shipping fees, customs fees, duties) are deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please read the following information before you request an exchange.
* If your order is unavailable and you receive notice for additional manufacture (4-6 weeks required),
returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. During the manufacturing process, any changes or cancellations cannot be made.
* If your item is defective, you should contact our customer service center via email (lune@lalunestyle.com) within 2 days of receiving your order and send the item to our customer service center within 2 weeks.
Exchange is offered only one time. The item should be returned in the same condition you received. (We will cover shipping costs incurred for returns of defective and damaged items.)
* Returns for different sizes are considered 'change of mind'. Please ensure you order accurate sizes when placing your order.
* Due to the production process, uneven seam finishes, loose buttons, and small stains due to the cutting process can be detected. This is not considered a defect.
* The item should be returned in the same condition you received.
Exchanges & refunds are not offered for used items, items with any hint of fragrance, ironing/washing/altering clothing, and items damaged by the negligence of the customer.
* Make an inquiry for any change of order details and shipping information via email after payment.
* Shipping cost incurred for a return is charged to the customer unless the returned item is defective or damaged.
How to request an exchange
1) Requests via email or on Kakao talk
Request an exchange via email or add us on Kakao talk to make a request.
Items returned without notification are automatically sent back to the recipient address. Please request an exchange for your purchased item via email or on Kakao talk ahead.
2) Attach the order information (your name and reason for exchange) on the parcel before you send your item for an exchange.
3) Select your shipping agent and pay for the shipping cost ahead. Replacements from South Korea are sent after the payment for the shipping cost is received.
4) Replacements are sent after the returned items are examined.

How to return items

The discrepancy between the name on your order and the remitter name is not automatically notified to the admin.
In this case, your payment cannot be confirmed, which may result in the delay of the shipping process for your order.
For instance, if the name on your order template is AA and the payment is sent by BB,
you should notify us of the discrepancy via email to start the manufacturing or shipping processes.
